CONTEMPORARY ITALIAN ARTISTS IN BUDAPEST

10 May / 31 May 2017

The exhibition model that Associazione Artistico Culturale del Friuli Venezia Giulia (Aura) and Artestruttura have been successfully conducting for many years, this time involves also the Italian Cultural Institute in Budapest. And, as happened in the past, the catalogue of the exhibition, held in the Hungarian capital, includes a selection of contemporary Italian artists. On the cover a work by Alfonso Mangone, critical introductory text by Mario Guderzo.

"The Cultural Artistic Association of Friuli Venezia Giulia of Udine, after a few years, returns to Budapest with the ItaliArts - Contemporary Italian Artists exhibition, set up at the Italian Cultural Institute. In a dialectical tension between abstract and figurative, giving the public the impression of walking on a tightrope above two fields, the artists on display offer the viewer the free representation of their own perception of reality, of the sensorial and of the knowable."
