CONTEMPORARY ITALIAN ARTISTS IN PRAGUE
3 July / 1 August 2014
After the tour in Europe and Australia, Artestruttura with its artists arrives at the prestigious headquarters of the Italian Cultural Institute of Prague, located in the building that was once the hospital of the Italian congregation in the city. Within these spaces are exhibited thirty-six painters and sculptors. Documenting the art show is the Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori catalogue edited by Sonia Paolone with a critical article by Mario Guderzo. On the cover a work by Adriano Bolzan.
"Our intention is, as Italian Cultural Institute, to create an exibithion, in coincidence with the beginnig of the Italian Semester of the Presidency of the European Union, focused on less konwn italian artists who nevertheless represent a significant cross-section of the trends in progress in today’s Italian art."
