Exhibition held in the splendid location of the “Maison de l’Italie” in Paris. Organized by Associazione Artistica del Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the event features about fifty Italian artists, many of whom have already exhibited abroad in the past. The works displayed and the Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori catalogue offer a significant cross-section of Italian contemporary art. The preface of the volume is by Mario Guderzo, on the cover a work by Adriano Bolzan.
“When we talk about art, it is easy to deduce how, in form and content, it represents life, humanity, our world, the universe. The difficulty, on the other hand, consists in establishing which aspect of our life art reproduces, which limits, if we can speak of limits, and which adequate expression of a specific historical moment."
