The exhibition “Suggestioni dantesche”, which is part of the Mibact celebrations, is born on the initiative of Artestruttura and Villa de Claricini Dornpacher Foundation to celebrate the seven hundred years since Dante's death. On display and in the Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori volume, which have an extract published in the Catalogo dell’Arte Moderna no. 57, about sixty artists confront and express themselves through various styles - figurative, informal, abstract - and techniques, in particular painting, but also sculpture, photography and graphics. The critical text by Leo Strozzieri is followed by the contributions of Oldino Cernoia (about the history of the Foundation de Claricini Dornpacher), by Francesca Venuto (about the garden of the Villa), by Emanuela Accornero (about the collection of postcards kept in the Villa) and by Giuseppe Arnone, writer who brings Dante back to life in a poignant love story with Giuditta de Claricini. On the front and back cover, two works by Antonio Zucchiatti.
"... the visitor is suggested, precisely on the basis of the essence of Dante's itinerary to which reference was made at the beginning of this critical intervention, a coloristic reading of the various works specially made for this occasion...".
